Default The Geomaster...

This will be a concept class simmilar to an elementalist in a few aspects but it is also very different.

Primary attribute: Casting Range, passive effect casting range is increased for every 2 pts in this attribute.

This strong caster will have glyphs that improve casting range or recharge. This caster can place where wards go. Wards that can improve blocking anility, fire/earth/air/water damage. This character can make a tar pit that slows enemies. An eruption for aoe burning. Make rocks come out of the ground to stop enemy persuer. In their tracks. Run with it

The elementalist can do pretty much everything this can do, and more...

Yep, you pretty much described an ele to a tee. I fail to see the 'very different' aspect of it.

Sounds like you are going for what would be the "elementalist" class in Gw2. If I think of it that way, I don't think I mind as much. Think I would change the primary attribute though. How could you think up more than 2 skills to go along with "Casting Range" attribute?
